1) BOOKING

The acceptance of the reservation is subject to the availability of the apartment when receiving a written request and to the payment of an advance payment. The reservation is concluded only once Da Irene has sent a booking confirmation letter by fax or e-mail.

2) BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To conclude their booking the client will have to pay the 20% of the agreed price, following the deadline and terms indicated in the booking confirmation letter. Upon arrival, the balance will be paid in cash directly to the owner.. The price includes the rental cost of the apartment, furnished and equipped, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and any other service indicated in the booking confirmation letter. All prices are in Euros.

3) INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT

Da Irene, holder of the treatment of the personal data provided by the clients, informs you, according to art. 13 of D.Lgs. 196/03 (Decree- Law on Privacy Code), that the data you supplied us will be recorded on protected data media and/or on paper forms and will be correctly kept and protected. The treatment only concerns personal data as described by the D.Lgs. 196/03. Purpose of the treatment: personal data will be used for: 1) fulfilling the contractual obligations deriving from the client's commercial request; 2) the possibility to send commercial information about our activity. Effects of refusal of data transmission: personal data transmission is not compulsory, but it's essential to fulfill contractual obligations and related legal requirements. A possible refusal to transmit personal data will therefore make it impossible to carry out any relation with Da Irene and to benefit from its services. Subjects data can be communicated to: Da Irene's staff may become acquainted with your personal data. Data may also be communicated to any external subject (i.e. banks, business consultants etc) which cooperates and works on behalf of Da Irene , as well as public authorities to fulfill legal requirements related to contractual obligations. Client's rights with regard to personal data treatment, according to art.7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003: You can, anytime: A. obtain confirmation that your data are present also in case they were not yet recorded and that their transmission was intelligible; B. be informed about: origin of the personal data; purposes and treatment procedure; the reasoning used in case of treatment carried out with the support of electronic instruments; C. obtain also: a) when legally possible, updating, amendment or, in case of interest, data supplement; cancellation, transformation in anonymity or blockage of data treated in law infringement, including data whose conservation is not necessary with regards to the purposes for which data were collected and afterwards treated. D. oppose completely or partially to the treatment. Above mentioned rights can be exercised with a written request addressed to Da Irene - - to the attention of the Manager in charge of data treatment.

4) CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Cancellation by the client will only be accepted in written form. With a notice of at least 15 days prior to the arrival date Da Irene will only keep the advancce payment, i.e. 20% of the total rental price. Should the client cancel with a shorter notice, Da Irene will keep the following percentage: from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival : 75% of the total rental price; from 4 to the day before the arrival: 90%; non- arrival: 90%. The client won’t be eligible to any refund in case of voluntary interruption of the stay and following anticipated departure.

5) CANCELLATION BY Da Irene

Should, for justified reasons, the booked apartment not be available anymore, Da Irene keeps the right to offer the client an alternative accommodation on an equal standard. Should the client not accept the alternative offer, all obligation will be terminated and Da Irene will return to the client all amounts he previously paid. No further refund will be asked to Da Irene.

6) TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT AND RELEASE OF THE APARTMENT

We kindly ask our guests to provide with at least 1 working day notice the expected arrival time and any other necessary detail (flight/train number etc.) to organize the welcoming service. In lack of this information, Da Irene won’t be responsible for any failure or delay in the welcoming service. The apartment is delivered between 03.00 pm and 08.00 pm of the arrival day and should be vacated by 10.00 am of the departure day; according to the availability of Da Irene staff other timings can be arranged. When entering the apartment, the guest will hand over the security deposit (its amount will have been previously indicated in the booking confirmation letter) and, should there be, any other balance owed. During the stay the guest will arrange with Da Irene the actual check-out time, when the Da Irene representative will check all utilities and the state of the apartment, give the security deposit back if no damages had been made and get back the keys. It will be possible to check-out later than 12.00 am of the departure day only if there aren't any other arrivals on the same day at the same apartment.

7) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED

The description of the apartment states the maximum number of people the flat can sleep.

8) ANIMALS

Animals are admitted by written request by fax or e-mail, to be sent before the booking and which strictly needs a written confirmation by Da Irene.

9) CLEANING

Da Irene will provide a clean apartment, complete with bed and bath linen in adequate quantity for every guest and equipped with all fittings indicated in the description.

10) RULES FOR GUESTS

Guests are kindly asked to follow all building’s rules. We kindly ask our guests not to give any nuisance to the neighbourhood expecially between 01.00 pm and 03.00 pm and from 10.00 pm and 08.00 am. Should the guest not follow the rules established by the building and those by Da Irene, the latter keeps the right to expel them with no right to any refund. In case the guest left or damaged the apartment's keys or he acted so that a technician will be needed to open the door, the fee is 70,00 € including the lock's replacement, unless any other extra charges will be required.
