My name is Irene, I'm 18 and have recently qualified as a secondary school teacher so I can teach you Italian if you like.
As a language student myself, I've found that the best way to learn a new language is to totally immerse oneself within the native environment.
If you'd like my help then I'd suggest that we spend a few days together visiting the sites of Venice and as I've grown up in Venice you will benefit from my first rate knowledge of the city and develop your language skills without even realising it!!
Venice is a magnificent city but not many visitors are aware of its lesser known attractions, it's beautiful lagoons and neighbouring islands but don't feel that you have to miss out either, we can visit the lagoons and islands in just one day.
Here you can hear first hand of the work in progress in order to combat the ever rising tides.
Whilst enjoying the beautiful Venetian city, I will be able to identify where your grammatical weaknesses are and later plan a couple of lessons to re-address them.
During lessons you will only converse with native Italians but don't worry, I'll always be there to confirm your understanding. This way you will find yourself speaking Italian easily without feeling pressured.
Would you like the opportunity of experiencing a real traditional Venetian dinner? This can be organized by my parents Claudio and Ada, and dinner can be taken inside or outside in the courtyard (weather permitting). During your stay here, myself and my father Claudio will do everything possible to make your visit to Vencie a friendly and memorable experience, one to remember for a very long time.
